Our AOD Recovery Framework

Te Hā Oranga have a kaupapa Māori AOD framework that focuses on healing and recovery for whanau through the enhancement of cultural identity and a sense of belonging. The framework sits across two umbrellas – He Waka Eke Noa Recovery™ and Te Ira Oranga™.

    He Waka Eke Noa Recovery™ is our community based support services that provides counselling, peer support, a adult day programme, a rangatahi wellbeing programme and a Hapa Haka recovery roopu.

  • Te Ira Oranga™

    Te Ira Oranga™ is a new suite of intensive treatment programmes developed by Te Hā Oranga to support whanau in addressing recidivism and addiction through a tikunga lens.
